I really enjoyed the training with Shifu and I like his way of teaching. At the beginning you just start practicing without any talking. So at first you try to copy the movement and later on he explained what the movement and the form is good for and how to do it correctly. During the practice I felt very connected to my mind and body and I also felt very energetic after the training. He explains everything so well that it’s easy to understand the reasons behind the exercises.
I like the slow movements and that you need focus and balance. The mantra is a part that is very beautiful and completes the whole practice in a meaningful way what I really love.
