I initially thought it was going to be too complicated and too difficult for an elderly person like I, but Master Shi Heng Yi took us on this journey passionately and patiently with his sincere honesty, I started to feel very calm and at ease and determined to learn every single knowledge he was trying to pass to us.
Shu Jing Gong movements are not too extreme and complicated, but when they get connected with the Mantra, the intention behind them, I can really feel the power and strength coming through. I really enjoyed the training with Shifu and I like his way of teaching. At the beginning you just start practicing without any talking. So at first you try to copy the movement and later on he explained what the movement and the form is good for and how to do it correctly. During the practice I felt very connected to my mind and body and I also felt very energetic after the training. He explains everything so well that it’s easy to understand the reasons behind the exercises.
I like the slow movements and that you need focus and balance. The mantra is a part that is very beautiful and completes the whole practice in a meaningful way what I really love.

When practicing, along with the Mantra on a regular basis it certainly keeps the Buddhist principals and their everyday adaptation on the mind, which I feel to be very beneficial in daily life. In particular, I liked the combination of the physical aspects of the form and how they aligned with the Mantra.
