Your age, your gender and your religion are not of importance. But it is essential that you are willing to change, to have an open mind and to work on yourself.


The ancient and traditional Shu Jing Gong Qi gong form is suitable for anyone who is looking for a short exercise (5-10 min) that is good for one's body and mind, that regulates one's Qi and transcends the mind towards enlightenment. Although the mantra of Shu Jing Gong is religious (Buddhist), their purpose is universal: to turn you into a superior being with unwavering mentality and a healthy & vital body.

Is this ancient Qi Gong Form suitable for Women and Men?

Yes, it is.

Do I need specific equipment or experience to take this online course? 

No, you don't. You can train everywhere and anytime. This ancient and traditional Qi Gong Form is good for the body and mind no matter how old you are. 

How much time does this course take?

To watch and edit the materials you need 1-2 h weekly for the next 12 weeks. To learn and put everything into practice you need to take about 30 mins to 1h on a daily basis. After that the form takes 5-10 mins everyday.

Is Shu Jing Gong in Self-Mastery included?

No, Shu Jing Gong is not included in the Self-Mastery program. Shu Jing Gong is a separate program in which the Buddhist Qigong form is taught. In Self-Mastery you learn the traditional Shaolin teachings, Kung Fu, meditation and single Qi Gong methods (not a complete Qi Gong form).
